We often get requests to add another parent or guardian to a players profile so that they can use the app to communicate with the coach and stay informed.  Unfortunately, no one at C.A.S.A. has the ability to do that  (This is completely separate from listing another parent during signups, as that is only for the coaches and board members in case of an emergency).  Since the players are minors, SportsEngine will not do it either.   The only person who can add another parent or guardian is the individual that signs the player up.

If you are having trouble with the technical aspects, let us know and we can help walk you through it.  However, we CANNOT add you to a player's profile if the person who registered them will not.  In order to ensure the kids have a great season, please make sure to add everyone to your player's profile that needs to be.
